Dance provides children with physical benefits such as, general fitness, balance and coordination, discipline, and strength-training. These are just a few great reasons to add dance into your child's weekly scheduled activities.
The discipline and vocabulary of traditional ballet, tap, jazz, modern and hip hop is taught to children and teens from beginning levels to intermediate/advanced. Students who have a strong interest in dance can opt to take multiple dance classes a week. Adding jazz, modern, tap or hip-hop is encouraged for dancers who desire versatility in movements and style.
